Dolc’è Arte: The art of pastry making in Porto-Vecchio

In Porto-Vecchio, tucked away in the narrow streets of this characterful town, a new name is making waves, combining the authenticity of Corsica with the elegance of haute patisserie: Dolc’è Arte. At its helm is Lisandra Vichera, a young island pastry chef with a brilliant career. She embodies a new generation of artisans of taste for whom emotion, precision and sincerity must be omnipresent in culinary creations. A vocation sculpted with passion. Trained at the prestigious Ferrandi school in Paris, Lisandra perfected her art alongside the greatest names in the business, including Pierre Hermé, La Grande Épicerie, La Pergola in Rome and Casadelmar in Porto-Vecchio, before returning to her roots: her land, her heritage and her vision. This return to her roots was accompanied by a deep desire to create a place where pastry-making could be experienced as a sweet and personal sensory journey.

A contemporary setting in the heart of the city of salt

Nestled at the 4 Chemins roundabout, the Dolc’è Arte patisserie and tea room offers a simple and bright aesthetic, natural materials and soft lighting: here, every detail evokes serenity and high standards. But it is above all in the tasting that the magic happens. Each pastry creation is distinguished by its refined composition, silky, creamy or crunchy textures, and perfectly balanced flavours… A tribute to Parisian rigour combined with Mediterranean sweetness. Corsica is an integral part of this, subtly present or infused in the ingredients, the inspirations and, of course, the welcome. Dolc’è Arte is not just a new gourmet destination. It is a place that speaks to you, a meeting place for lovers of good food, year-round residents who love their island and travellers in search of sweet discoveries. At a time when the Corsican way of life is attracting a discerning clientele in search of authenticity and refinement, Lisandra embodies this new island wave that combines exceptional expertise, deep roots and modernity, and above all a desire to create with freedom and high standards.
