Casadelmar’s spa

A felted cocoon “praise of the shadow” to promote rest and appeasement in the land of the sun.

Framed in dark wood, Japanese fabric and Medici marble, the Casadelmar wellness centre was conceived as a silent cocoon, a retreat shelter from the light and the wild surrounding vegetation.

An invitation to “let go”, the spa offers a large choice of natural treatments using products from the British brand ESPA, whose therapeutic benefits are both physical and emotional. The ESPA products are created meticulously, with a focus on their textures and aromas, and they combine various active ingredients (essential oils, marine extracts, plants) of which nature is an essential component. Their application is adapted based on user’s individual needs and desires. To discover the benefits of the plants of the Corsican maquis, the spa also offers treatments using herbs from Casadelmar’s own gardens, including everlasting flowers, lavender, rosemary, thyme and sage. These treatments are seasonable, depending on what nature provides, and are gathered and prepared on site.
