About 1 hour <\/b><br \/>\n<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Meyer Lemon Jam<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>100 g water<\/li>\n<li>300 g Meyer lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remove the lemon peels, avoiding the white<br \/>\npart and recover the pulp by cutting them raw<br \/>\nCook them in water and sugar until you obtain<br \/>\na smooth and homogeneous jam<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raw fish and shellfish<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80 g Red shrimp<\/li>\n<li>80 g Tuna<\/li>\n<li>80 g Sea bass<\/li>\n<li>80 g Sea bream<\/li>\n<li>80 g Sardine<\/li>\n<li>80 g Denti<\/li>\n<li>80 g Grouper<\/li>\n<li>80 g Langoustine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accompaniment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 g Romanesco cabbage<\/li>\n<li>40 g Purple cabbage<\/li>\n<li>40 g White cabbage<\/li>\n<li>40 g Yellow cabbage<\/li>\n<li>40 g Peas<\/li>\n<li>40 g Radish<\/li>\n<li>40 g Resina bean<\/li>\n<li>40 g Cremona mustard<\/li>\n<li>40 g Caviar<\/li>\n<li>40 g Meyer lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Condiments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Legume oil<\/li>\n<li>inegar<\/li>\n<li>Anchovy sauce<\/li>\n<li>Ponzu<\/li>\n<li>Horseradish<\/li>\n<li>Apple and ginger compote<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cook the resina beans in salted water, drain them and set them aside. Do the same with the peas and put them in water and ice, the pods will come off. Clean the coloured cabbages and cut them into small pieces, keep the ends and cut them into the same size as the peas.
