The saffron farm undertakes to respect the strictest of quality criteria. The entire production of this fragile flower is undertaken by hand, from planting to rooting and pruning. The cultivation is entirely organic and drying is controlled. The pure stigmas of Saffron, without colour or conservative are subject to chemical testing fulfilling international ISO \/ TS 3632 standards. These have allowed \u201cSaffron from Porto-Vecchio\u201d to be classified under the superior quality category 1. Finally, an ultimate reward!
