pesto:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>450g pistachios<\/li>\n<li>40g fresh basil<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Recipe:<\/h6>\n<p><strong>For the pistachio pesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Rinse the fresh basil, peel the garlic, combine both with fresh pistachios, and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make a prawn carpaccio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Peel the prawns, and roll them between two sheets of greaseproof paper<br \/> using a rolling pin.<br \/> Chill<\/p>\n<p>Cook the fusilli for 8 mins in boiling salted water<br \/> Toast some bread and crumble it in a small bowl with bottarga<br \/> Combine the fusilli with the pesto<\/p>\n<h6>To serve:<\/h6>\n<p>Lay out the prawn carpaccio in the dish<br \/> Place the fusilli mixed with pesto on the prawns<br \/> Grate a little
